We operate a key-person system as we believe that children settle best when they have a key person to relate to who knows them and their carers well, who can help meet their individual needs. Research shows that a key person approach benefits the child, the parents, the staff and the preschool by providing secure relationships in which children thrive and parents have confidence. Your child will be allocated a key person prior to starting at Little Owls. Your key person will help your child settle in and be a primary point of contact for you and your child going forward.
