Morning sessions run from 9am until 12pm and afternoon sessions run from 1pm until 3pm.
We encourage children to join us for lunch club from 12pm – 1pm as we all have our lunch together so this is an important social time.
A member of staff will come to unlock the gate and welcome your child into the setting. There will be an adult at the gate for you to tell information about your child or to ask any questions. It works best that if you would like a longer discussion about a particular non-urgent matter that you speak to your child’s key person at the end of the session; please make us aware if this is a private and confidential issue and we will find an appropriate space to have this conversation.
Please make sure that you are prompt to pick up your child and let us know if you are delayed for any reason.
Please make sure you tell us and write in the book if a different adult will be collecting your child that day. Please call our mobile or send us a text if arrangements change during the morning. It is an important part of our safeguarding requirements that we ensure we know who is collecting your child and we cannot allow them to go without your permission; this includes other parents/carers of children at Little Owls.
